The 2022 US Distracted Driving Report
Driving behaviors since our last report have shown that distracted driving doesn’t follow the same patterns as other risky behaviors. As driving patterns have returned closer to pre-pandemic levels, speeding has fallen, likely as a result of more traffic on the roads.
Automated Crash Reporting Finally Matures
Claims telematics is the biggest innovation to happen to the industry in decades. Over time, claims telematics will control or reduce the price of auto insurance. Playing catch up on implementation and process change will be a challenge in a quickly evolving market.
