The distracted driving epidemic [AXIOS]

Depending on where you are in the U.S., as many as 43% of the drivers around you may be distracted by their phones.

That’s one finding from a new report from Cambridge Mobile Telematics, a company that uses smartphone sensors to monitor how people are driving. It’s used by owners of large fleets, or insurance companies that want to set rates based on how customers drive.
