This account deletion process includes the deletion of user-specific and identifiable information including email address, mobile number, user ID, vehicle identifiers, geographic data, and other demographic information.

Once you submit this form, a CMT team member will contact you to verify your request.  CMT will take all reasonable steps to verify your account and process your request in accordance with applicable law.  Verified requests may take several business days.  Unverified requests will not be fulfilled.
