DURATION OF PROGRAM

• Eligibility to enter the sweepstakes will begin on April 17, 2025 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (ET), following the distribution of the first Fleet Owner Survey invitation email, and ends on May 1, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern Time (ET).  

PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

• The program is a Fleet Owner Survey Sweepstakes, in which participants who complete the survey are entered into a drawing for a chance to win a prize.
• One (1) survey respondent will be randomly selected as the winner of the sweepstakes.

ELIGIBILITY

• The Program is open to individuals who receive and complete the Fleet Owner Survey during the Program period. 
• The Program is void where prohibited by law.
• The participant needs to be 18 years and older and open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia.
• The program excludes employees and their immediate families/household members of CMT and any associated agencies.

HOW TO ENTER

• Eligible individuals may enter by completing the Fleet Owner Survey in full during the Program period. 
• All completed survey responses received before the deadline will be automatically entered into the drawing.

PRIZES

• One (1) winner will receive a $500 Amazon Gift Card.

LIMITS ON ENTRY

• Each participant may only submit one survey response.
• Only one prize will be awarded.

WINNER SELECTION DATE

• The random drawing will occur on or about May 2, 2025. 

NOTIFICATION OF WINNER

• The winner will be notified by email shortly after the Program concludes.
• The winner will be asked to confirm their preferred email address for delivery of the Amazon Gift Card. 
• If the selected winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of the notification email, they will forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that CMT (and its agents) can use their: Name, photo, voice and hometown and any statements or quotes about the contest in any form of media, anywhere in the world, forever, without extra pay or notice.

MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION OF THE PROGRAM

• CMT may modify any of the terms of the Program.
• CMT may terminate or temporarily suspend the Program at any time, for any reason, with notice. A participant’s continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any changes to these terms.
• The most current version of these terms, which will indicate the date they were last updated, will be available from CMT and will supersede all previous versions.

GENERAL TERMS

• This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Cambridge Mobile Telematics, Inc., with the principal place of business at: 314 Main Street, Suite 1200, Cambridge, MA 02142.
• To obtain the name of the sweepstakes winner after the Program has concluded, send a request via email to nsarno@cmtelematics.com with the subject line “Fleet Owner Survey Sweepstakes Winner Request” or mail a written request to:

• Requests must be received within 60 days of the end of the Program.
• To learn how personal information collected in connection with the Program may be used, participants should read CMT’s Privacy Policy. The terms of the Privacy Policy are incorporated herein by reference.
• CMT reserves the right to discontinue participation privileges of any individual who engages in fraudulent activity or uses the Program in a manner inconsistent with these terms or with applicable laws.
• By participating in the Program, participants agree to release and hold harmless CMT, its affiliates, and any other entities involved in this Program, from any liability related to participation or prize use.
• All questions or disputes regarding eligibility or compliance will be resolved by CMT in its sole discretion.
• This Program is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

• ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY (AMOE)
  • Participants may enter the sweepstakes without completing the Fleet Owner Survey by mailing a postcard with the participant’s full name, email address, phone number, and the words “Fleet Owner Survey Sweepstakes Entry” to the following address:

  • Mailed entries must be postmarked by the final day of the Program and received within five (5) days thereafter to be eligible. Each mailed entry must be sent separately. Participants using the alternate method of entry will be entered into the drawing and have an equal chance of winning.
• No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law.
• Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
• The prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed.
• Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value.
