DriveWell SG Program by Cambridge Mobile Telematics

1. I confirm I have read and agree to the provisions of the Mobile App License Agreement.
2. I confirm I have read and agree to the provisions of the Privacy Policy.
3. I explicitly consent to the collection, storage and processing of data by Cambridge Mobile Telematics Inc. about my driving habits when using the App and Services, which includes profiling and the collection of aggregate statistics on my driving habits and use of the Services.
4. I agree to CMT only sharing aggregated, anonymized driving behavior data with Amazon Flex for analysis and insights. CMT will not share individual driving behavior data of DriveWell SG users with Amazon Flex. Amazon may send me electronic messages related to the DriveWell SG pilot program, such as invitations, registration information, survey requests, pilot milestone updates, and incentive redemption details. These messages will be limited to communications about the DriveWell SG pilot program only.

You can withdraw your consent to the collection of driving habit information and/or receiving electronic marketing communications from our partners at any time by sending an email to privacy@cmtelematics.com

I wish to enter into a legally binding agreement to use the Software subject to the Mobile App License Agreement and the Privacy Policy.
