Colorado drivers have the chance to win big while helping make their local roads safer.

State Farm has partnered with CMT to launch Colorado’s Safest Driver Contest, sponsored by Drive Safe & Save™. Every two weeks, State Farm will award $1,000 to the participant with the highest overall score. A $10,000 Grand Prize will be awarded to the driver with the highest score at the conclusion of the contest.

The contest is an exciting opportunity for Colorado drivers to learn about their driving habits and how they can improve. In the Safest Driver app, participants view their scores and rankings across multiple behaviors – distraction, speeding, braking, cornering, acceleration, and overall. They can also invite friends and family to the contest and compete with them for top spots on the friends and family leaderboard.

Colorado’s Safest Driver runs from now until November 10. To participate, drivers download Safest Driver from the Apple App or Google Play stores.

In June, State Farm and CMT announced the launch of Drive Safe & Save™ 3.0, a new version of the app with additional safety and feedback features.
